The Platin Indirect package is a complete solution for supplying harvested rainwater to toilets, washing machines, and outdoor taps while reducing mains water use across the home.

Rainwater is collected from the roof, filtered, and stored in the underground tank before being pumped to a header tank located inside the property. From here, water is gravity-fed to appliances whenever there is demand, providing an efficient and dependable non-potable water supply.

Designed for underground installation, the system uses a pressure-sensitive submersible pump that activates only when needed and stops automatically once the header tank is replenished.

During dry periods, when rainwater levels inside the underground tank are low, the system automatically switches to mains top-up via a controlled ball valve in the header tank. This ensures continuity of supply while maximising the use of harvested rainwater throughout the year.

The low-profile Platin tank is manufactured from 100% recycled plastic and can be installed using simple gravel backfill, helping reduce installation costs and making it suitable for most Irish ground conditions.

With an optional vehicle-loading lid for driveway locations and the ability to support both indoor and outdoor water use, the system provides a flexible, sustainable, and reliable alternative to mains water for modern households.
