The Diamant grease separator is a reliable and regulation-compliant solution for treating wastewater containing fats, oils, and solids from commercial kitchens, food preparation areas, and food processing facilities.
Where greasy wastewater is produced, it must be treated before discharge to the sewer system. Graf grease separators are designed to meet this requirement, providing effective separation that helps protect drainage infrastructure and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
Each unit operates using the principle of gravity-based phase separation. As wastewater enters the separator, flow velocity is reduced, allowing heavier solids such as food particles to settle into the integrated sludge trap.
At the same time, fats and oils rise to the surface and are retained within the grease collection zone. The treated wastewater then flows onward to the sewer once contaminants have been removed.
Graf grease separators are manufactured in accordance with EN 1825 and are available in a range of nominal sizes to suit different flow rates and applications.

Dispatch Times: Orders for stock items are dispatched within 1–4 working days after payment is cleared. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. For tanks, delivery dates will be arranged directly with you.

Out of Stock Items: If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know. You’ll be given the option of a full refund, a suitable replacement, or to wait for the item to come back into stock — whichever works best for you.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to England, Scotland, or Wales.

Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout. Orders up to 30kg are sent via courier. Larger items (like tanks) may arrive via pallet or specialist transport.

Special Requests: You can leave delivery instructions in the “Order instructions” box during checkout.

Receiving Your Delivery: Please inspect your order before signing for it. Report any damage or shortages within 48 hours. For tanks, any issues must be noted at the time of delivery.
